Description: Skydiving Experience Days: The RAPS course in Nottingham is a two day static line parachute programme, at the end of which you will jump, on your own, from an airplane! There is no greater high than the rush you get as you look down from the open door of the airplane to the ground, 3,500 feet below, and then experience the incredible sensation of soaring peacefully and weightlessly through the sky and back down to the earth. You will receive full training before your jump and your parachute will be automatically deployed by the static line as you jump, meaning you can concentrate on flying your parachute back down to earth and enjoying the sense of achievement at the end! On the first day you will receive all of your ground training on equipment, aircraft exit, parachute control and landing. The second day is all about the jump! The plane will take you up to a height of 3,500ft, and when you jump the static line will automatically deploy the advanced ram air square parachute.
