Throughout this course you will learn a. number of fundamental climbing skills, such as safely fitting a. seat harness, and how to properly 'tie in'. You will spend half of. your day scaling rock faces, pushing yourself as far as you are. comfortable with and progressing to more difficult climbs if you. feel ready.
