Massage Workshop For Two At Savana Urban SpaCategory: Pampering Availability: This experience runs on Sundays around once a month. Weather: Duration: Your massage workshop will last approximately three hours, the last hour of which you will be allocated a private room. Guidelines: Savana is a ten minute walk from the following underground stations; Notting Hill Gate (Central, Circle and District lines), Royal Oak (Hammersmith and City line), Bayswater (Circle and District lines) and Queensway (Central line). There is a four hour 'pay and display' car park nearby in Leinster Square and hourly pay parking available at Whiteley's Shopping Centre (off Queensway) and NCP Arthur Court (Queensway at Westbourne Grove). Restrictions: Minimum age is 16. The spa welcomes both men and women. As the workshop covers general massage only, it isn't suitable for pregnant women. Other Info: Tania Mattock (who heads the workshops) was ranked by Tatler magazine as Best Massage Therapist in England in 2005. In the event she is unavailable, another equally qualified therapist will run the workshop. Description: In an atmosphere of calm and tranquillity, the three hour massage workshop will teach you and your partner massage techniques that can be used on the whole family. To start, the session will include head, neck, shoulders, foot and hand massage for which you will be fully clothed. For the last part of your experience, you and your partner are allocated a private room (so modesty can be respected at all times) in which you will be taught to give a relaxing back massage with massage oil. Mineral water and fruit tea are available throughout your experience. You will also be given a bottle of massage oil so you can continue your practise at home.
