Monday - Sunday (selected dates depending on the location), all year. How long does the activity last? Your experience will last approximately 2 hours. You need to know To do this activity you must be at least 10 years old. You will need to have general fitness. This activity is not suitable if you suffer from chronic asthma or for those with heart conditions. If in doubt please consult your doctor. You will need to fill in a self assessment health declaration. No experience or qualifications are necessary to take part in this activity.
