This indulgent experience makes an ideal gift for anyone who could do with a chance to relieve all their tension and includes a 25 minute Energizing Facial with cleansing, toning and moisturising all designed to leave your skin looking and feeling thoroughly refreshed and rejuvenated. The 25 minute Swedish back, neck and shoulder massage where long strokes will be combined with deep kneading should relieve all the tension you may be carrying in your upper body. All this takes place in a setting designed to be indulgent, including a relaxation balcony where you can lie back on a heated lounger and a dazzling pool secreted in the vaults where low level lighting and crystal clear water guarantee tranquility - the perfect environment to melt away stress. As well as the treatments, this spa day also includes a day's full use of the facilities: a hydrotherapy pool where massaging jets of water boost your circulation and tone your body as you relax; the crystal steam room where a combination of essential oils and humid heat will soothe all your cares away; a Finnish sauna which is a traditional Scandinavian cabin where water is is automatically sprayed onto hot coals to ensure a constant temperature of around 70⁰C; a laconium which uses dry heat between 65 and 70⁰C in combination with aromatherapy oils to stimulate your circulation; the ice fountain where you can rub a handful of ice crystals all over your skin to boost your circulation and lymphatic system; the fitness studio which is fully equipped with cardio vascular machines for workouts to suit any level of fitness; and if there are spaces available you can also join in one of the regualar exercise classes which take place during the day.
