At the London location you will learn about the origins of chocolate and the process from bean to bar, before learning how to make fudge, praline and truffles. You will demonstrate your cookery skills as you cut, dip and decorate your own chocolate under a skilled chocolatier's guidance. This experience is available on selected dates, throughout the year. How long does the activity last? Your whole experience will last between 2½ to 3 hours.
