Once the order is received we will then email a questionnaire and an e-mail address to send your photos or alternatively an address to send hard copies direct. Any mailed photographs will be scanned and returned with your final gift as we appreciate they will be precious to you. Once the questionnaire is completed and returned via email you will be sent a draft copy of the poem and the final layout for your approval. Once approved your framed picture poem will be dispatched within 24 hours. This process normally takes up to 2 weeks subject to swift approvals of the drafts.
