Junior Aston Martin Driving Experience In LoughboroughCategory: Experiences Availability: Selected weekend dates plus Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays during school holidays only. Dates fill very quickly, so please allow several weeks' advance booking notice. Weather: Driving may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions (e.g. ice or heavy rain) which would make driving at speed dangerous. You will be contacted if the experience is cancelled for any reason. Duration: Driving time is 10 minutes. Expect to be at the circuit for between an hour and an hour and a half, including your briefing and driving laps. Please arrive 45 minutes in advance of your booked time to ensure a prompt start. Numbers On Day: Briefing will be shared with the group. During the demonstration laps there will be up to three people in the car. When driving it will be just you and the instructor in the car. Spectators: Parents or guardians must remain on site during the whole experience. Children must be closely supervised at all times. Other spectators are also welcome. Dogs are not allowed. There's an American-style diner here, with a view of some of the circuit. Dress Code: Wear trousers, a long-sleeved shirt and flat-soled shoes. A helmet will be provided. Guidelines: Prestwold Hall is east of Loughborough and accessible from the A6 (take the B675) and the M1 motorway (exit at junction 23, take the A512 to Loughborough, the A60 towards Nottingham and then the B676 and B675). Restrictions: Minimum height is 4'10'', maximum is 6'4''. Maximum weight is 18 stone. Minimum age is 12, maximum is 16 and all participants must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. You don't need any previous driving experience. Other Info: The Aston Martin has a paddle shift on the steering wheel to change gear - perfect for beginner drivers. All instructors are Association of Racing Drivers Schools (ARDS) qualified. Description: The Aston Martin is famous for being effortlessly cool and combines classic beauty with power and practicality. An experience that will noit be forgotten. Take the wheel on this Aston Martin driving experience. At the circuit you'll be briefed by a fully qualified driving instructor, who'll explain the layout of the circuit.
